Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes — we collect your card upfront, but you won't be charged a single cent during the 14-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. After 14 days, your selected plan begins automatically — no manual step needed.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing section in Settings. Stripe handles prorations automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't added a card by the end of your 14 days, your account simply pauses — no automatic charges. Add a card anytime to reactivate and pick up exactly where you left off.
How does the intake widget get installed on my site?
After signup we walk you through it in 3 minutes. You'll get a one-line script tag with platform-specific instructions for WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy, and Webflow. Or use your hosted intake page link with zero install. Don't want to touch your website at all? Request a white-glove install and we'll do it for you.
What is the annual plan?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You're billed once per year and can cancel before renewal.
